Mr. Jacob MualemMarom is the Director of Kidum- the TTO of the ARO.The ARO is the research arm of the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and is responsible for roughly 70% of the Public R&D in Agriculture in Israel. Prior to joining Kidum and the ARO, Mr. Jacob MualemMarom was Deputy Director for work relations & wages in the ministry of Finance. In this capacity Mr. Marom was responsible for the implementation of structural changes in the government sector. Before this position Mr. Marom held different positions in the Ministry of Finance specifically dealing with the Heath sector and general ministries. Mr. Marom holds a BA in economics and political science, and later an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. SalilSinghal, Chairman & Managing Director, P.I. Industries Limited and a highly reputed Agro Chemical Industry Leader, has been associated with Industry since 1965.He was Chairman of the Pesticides Association of India, now called the Crop Care Federation of India, for 20 years. Subsequently he was elected as Chairman Emeritus for life. Mr. Singhal was the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region and headed CII’s National Council for MSMEs for a year. Presently he is serving as the Co-Chairman of CII National Council on Agriculture and a member of CII’s National Council. His other Businesses in the group are Secure Meters Ltd and Wolkem India Ltd.He was recognized as the Best CEO for 2014 award in the Mid Sized Chemical Industry segment by the leading magazine Business Today and given the Entrepreneur of the Year – Life Sciences and Agrochemicals for 2014 by Earnst& Young.

Mr Mal has a rich experience of 35+ years of Indian business coming from varied industries viz Agri-Machinery, Agriculture, Telecom, Automobiles, Paper and Chemicals. He has worked at different stages of development in different organizations and has a proven track record of successfully executing greenfield projects, managing steady growth businesses, and delivering turnarounds. He is currently the CMD of EM3 AgriservicesPvt Ltd. and CMD of EQUITIGRO. Mr Mal represents Khosla Ventures, USA as a Director in Moksha Yug Access and Driptech India. He also serves as a Member of the Executive Advisory Committee of Simon Business School, University of Rochester, Member of CII Sub-Committees on Services, HR, and Agriculture and Member, Indian Angel Network & Charter Member, TiE( The Indus Entrepreneurs) . In the past Mr Mal has also held the position of Chief General Manager, Maruti Suzuki, Senior Vice President, Ballarpur Industries Ltd., Member of the Confederation of Indian Industries,(CII) National Council and President of Tractor Manufacturers Association (TMA)

Subhadeep joined Omnivore Partners in June 2011. He has focused on sourcing deals in agricultural mechanization, supply chain technologies, and sustainable inputs. Previously, Subhadeep interned with Mahindra, supporting their entry into drip irrigation. He earned a B.Sc. (Honors) in Agricultural Science from Haryana Agricultural University, where he was the batch topper and a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from IIM-Ahmedabad.
