Mr. Salil Singhal, Chairman & Managing Director, P.I. Industries Limited and a highly reputed Agro Chemical Industry Leader, has been associated with Industry since 1965.He was Chairman of the Pesticides Association of India, now called the Crop Care Federation of India, for 20 years. Subsequently he was elected as Chairman Emeritus for life. Mr. Singhal was the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region and headed CII's National Council for MSMEs for a year. Presently he is serving as the Co-Chairman of CII National Council on Agriculture and a member of CII's National Council. Mr.Rajesh Ganesh Jejurikar serves as the Chief Executive and President of Farm Equipment & Two Wheeler at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Mr. Jejurikar serves as Heads the tractor, Two Wheeler and Swaraj divisions at Mahindra Group. He serves as Member of Group Executive Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. since 2010. Mr. Jejurikar serves as Director of Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers Limited and Mahindra Automobile Distributor Private Limited. He served as Chief of Operations of Automotive Sector since August 01, 2008 and Chief Executive for the Automotive Division since January 2012 at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He served as Managing Director at Mahindra Automobile Distributor Private Limited since July 2005. He served as President at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. since February 2012. He served as the Chairman of Swaraj Automotives Limited from April 2014 to January 29, 2015. He served as Director of Swaraj Automotives Limited from April 22, 2013 to February 3, 2016. He served as Non Independent Non-Executive Director of Swaraj Engines Ltd. from April 22, 2013 to April 28, 2014. Mr. Jejurikar has attended the Wharton Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and holds Masters of Business Administration from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Bachelors in Arts in Statistics and Economics from University of Mumbai.

Mr Mal has a rich experience of 35+ years of Indian business coming from varied industries viz Agri-Machinery, Agriculture, Telecom, Automobiles, Paper and Chemicals. He has worked at different stages of development in different organizations and has a proven track record of successfully executing greenfield projects, managing steady growth businesses, and delivering turnarounds. He is currently the CMD of EM3 Agriservices Pvt Ltd. and CMD of EQUITIGRO. Mr Mal represents Khosla Ventures, USA as a Director in Moksha Yug Access and Driptech India. He also serves as a Member of the Executive Advisory Committee of Simon Business School, University of Rochester, Member of CII Sub-Committees on Services, HR, and Agriculture and Member, Indian Angel Network & Charter Member, TiE ( The Indus Entrepreneurs) . In the past Mr Mal has also held the position of Chief General Manager, Maruti Suzuki, Senior Vice President, Ballarpur Industries Ltd., Member of the Confederation of Indian Industries,(CII) National Council and President of Tractor Manufacturers Association (TMA)

Prof. Daniel Chamovitz is Dean of the George S. Wise Faculty of Life Sciences at Tel Aviv University, and founder of the Manna Center Program for Food Safety and Security. This interdisciplinary education and research program aims to find innovative solutions for global food security issues. Chamovitz studied at both Columbia University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he received his Ph.D. in Genetics. He has been a visiting scientist at Yale University and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. His scientific career has been characterized by novel and field-defining research; he has published numerous peer-reviewed research articles and is on the editorial boards of several scientific journals. Chamovitz is a sought-after speaker and science commentator. His 2012 book What a Plant Knows has been translated into 13 languages, and was featured in the world press and media, including CBS Sunday and BBC. When not overseeing the research in his lab, Chamovitz is passionate about teaching and lectures to groups about the role of Plant Biology in feeding a growing world. Towards this end he does pro bono consultation for governmental and international agencies on issues concerning Food Security.

Mr. Jacob Mualem Marom is the Director of Kidum- the TTO of the ARO.The ARO is the research arm of the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and is responsible for roughly 70% of the Public R&D in Agriculture in Israel. Prior to joining Kidum and the ARO, Mr. Jacob Mualem Marom was Deputy Director for work relations & wages in the ministry of Finance. In this capacity Mr. Marom was responsible for the implementation of structural changes in the government sector. Before this position Mr. Marom held different positions in the Ministry of Finance specifically dealing with the Heath sector and general ministries. Mr. Marom holds a BA in economics and political science, and later an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Richard Klapholz is a 25-year veteran in general management, sales, marketing and customer service on a global scale. Prior to being appointed to the position of Rivulis Irrigation CEO in May 2014, Mr. Klapholz has held several executive positions in the Israeli high tech industry. In the 16 years prior to his move to the irrigation industry, Mr. Klapholz worked for a large public company in the electronics industry, with his most recent position being the president of a highly profitable $300 million business unit, with a global distribution network as well as with sophisticated R&D centers spread over Germany, Italy and Israel. Other key positions held include a 4 year tenure in Hong Kong, China as the president the company's largest 600 employee, $350 million distribution arm in Asia Pacific. Mr. Klapholz has co-authored two books on Sales Management and Customer Support Management using the Theory of Constraints (TOC) concepts. The Cash Machine was published in 2004 and later translated into Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Greek and Lithuanian, and Release the Hostages was published in 2008. Mr. Klapholz holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and a B.Sc. degree in Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University, Israel.

Dr. Yosi Shacham-Diamand is a full professor in the department of physical electronics, head of the laboratory for micro and nano system and technologies, Iby and Fleischman faculty of engineering at the Tel Aviv University. He joined the Tel Aviv University in 1997 after serving as an assistant professor, school of electrical engineering at Cornell University, a visiting research position at the university of California at Berkeley and a Senior Lecturer position, Department of Electrical Engineering at the Technion. He is also a visiting professor at the school of applied chemistry, Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan where he spent his Sabbatical year at 2004-2005.His research activity is in the field of micro and nano fabrication and metallization science and technology. For more than 20 years he investigates electroless plating micro and nano fabrication for various applications such as for microelectronics, micromachining, and biochips. For the last 10 years he conducts also a significant research program on whole cell biochips and solid-state biosensors.

In 2010, he was appointed as the Global head of Business Planning and Operations for a new inside-Sales unit at Thomson Reuters, Head of Business Operations for Thomson Reuters Asia and a member of the Asian Leadership Team based in Singapore.He led Reuters" India operations as the Managing Director for Reuters in South Asia. He is an MBA in Finance, a Mechanical Engineer and has completed an Advanced Management Program from Wharton.

Ranjith Mukundan has core Telecom experience, spanning across shadow P&L management, Solutions design and architecture, Standardization, network architecture, technology consulting, trends & market analysis & Consultancy to TEMs, Service Providers & Investment community (eg: NOMURA). He has served on the Board of IMS forum, Spokesperson of the SIP forum and was also the member of the CEO nominated research board at Wipro Technologies. He is also the author of IETF drafts & RFCs in areas spanning across SIP, SIGTRAN, MEGACO and MIBs apart from being currently involved in Parlay & IMS Standardization activities. Recently at Microsoft BizSpark event, CropIn Technology was selected as one of the 16 most innovative and exciting new software products coming out of India and stood 2nd runner-up in the final competition.

Dr. SrinivasPappula is currently the Global Head of the Digital Farming Initiatives Group in Tata Consultancy Services, where he is responsible for driving the usage of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for improving farmer livelihoods across the world and creating "Smart Villages" or PRIDE ™s (Progressive Rural Integrated Digital Enterprises) in the process. With over 25 years of experience, Srini possesses a varied experience in the technology sector having previously worked as a Senior Product Leader and General Manager at Intel Corp. in California, leading teams working on high end microprocessors and graphics chipsets, and as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of a couple of successful start-ups in the Wireless Security space in California. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Management from the University of Texas and University of California respectively.

Dr. Mahender Singh has over seventeen years of experience in the field of supply chain management. Before returning to academia in 2003, he worked with a leading consulting firm to implement cutting edge global supply chain planning solution for Fortune 50 companies. He has spent considerable time in various countries working on supply chain challenges. Dr. Singh's research and professional presentations are focused on operations and supply chain management, with particular interest in exploring the underlying structure of complex supply chains. His current research efforts span the domain of supply chain strategy, risk management and healthcare supply chains.
His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Management Science and IIE Transactions, as well as Sloan Management Review and Supply Chain Management Review. Dr. Singh has an Undergraduate degree with Honors in Physics. He received his Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he earned his Master of Engineering in Logistics. In addition, he has a Master’s degree in Statistics and a licensed Cost Accountant.

Mr. Ravi A. Menon is an experienced professional who brings many years of leadership in corporate strategy, marketing, sales, branding, international markets and production. He joins us with the responsibility of leading our sales and overall direction of the organisation. Prior to joining Escorts, Ravi held senior leadership roles across John Deere, ACC Limited, Exide Industries Limited. He holds a Master's degree in Management.
